The Secret Six Jazz Band was founded during the pandemic of 2020. It all began with a meeting of 3 band leaders, John Joyce (Smoking Time Jazz Club), Reid Poole (Dinosaurchestra), and Hunter Burgamy (The Garden of Joy). together they would form the band that showcases waves of collective improvisation, made famous by New Orleans Musicians and bands lead by King Oliver, Johnny Dodds, and Louis Armstrong, spanning from 1910 - to the current sounds of the Secret Six Jazz Band. Additionally the band features multi-instrumentalist James Evans, Satoru Ohashi, Jory Woodis, Mike Voelker, Russell Ramirez, and Meschiya Lake!
